Wild Sauna at Dalgety Bay Sailing Club

We are delighted to now have our second wild sauna at Dalgety Bay Sailing Club. Set beside the water with beautiful coastal views, it will be the perfect place to relax, reset and enjoy the benefits of our Fife wild sauna and swimming in the Forth and of course our cold water shower and bucket.

The views take your breath away, and being surrounded by the loch and beautiful landscape makes you proud to be Scottish!  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This has been the best sauna experience I’ve had compared to previous sauna’s that I’ve visited. It was very well organised with plastic boxes to keep clothes dry, hooks for dry robes and coats, a shelter with seating to get changed in and keep dry in the rain and water available to drink. The sauna itself was very spacious even when full with a scenic view across the lake. There was easy access into the lake to cool down or you could take a cold shower or bucket shower if you preferred. The owners friend was manning the sauna on the day of our visit was and she couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I had forgotten my tow float as I wanted to swim before the sauna but she provided me with one. We also took advantage of the 10% discount to sauna users having  lunch at the hotel. I would highly recommend this sauna experience.

A quick swim in the lake is also included, if sb wonders.

If you are reading this, we would love if there was a little drink offering besides the water - like nonalcoholic beer or juices, nothing too special.
